Not too long ago, the BMW 7 Series went through a mid-cycle refresh. Now, the full-size luxury line is back in the spotlight again with rumors circling that not one, but two new 7 Series variants just might be on their way.

nterested to know what they might be? To begin, BMW of Sioux Falls should be clear and say that this information comes from industry experts at BimmerToday rather than straight from the automaker's mouth. That said, our team of new BMW vehicle ambassadors is certainly getting excited at the notion.

New M Performance variant could finally come to fruition. The model-in-question is a BMW M750i and would offer consumers a delightful mix of luxury sedan style with aggressive looks and sporty performance. Word on the street is that the M750i would boast the same 4.4-liter V8 of the current 750i, only with extra tuning good for a stunning 450-hp.

As for the other model in the works, BMW is thought to be going the opposite direction and looking to offer up a base-variant of the 728i. This auto would call on the automaker's light N20B20 turbocharged 2.0-liter powertrain working along with an electric motor.
