No matter how you slice it, there sure is an awful lot to love about our beloved Bavarian brand's spanking-new sports coupe, the 2016 BMW M. Even at first blush, it's clear the automaker did an outstanding job with this one.
Have you had a chance to check it out? Well, if not, don't stress it. Kelley Blue Book Senior Associate Video Editor Zach Vlasuk just so happens to be here today to help you get up to speed. Discover his opinion of BMW's latest in the clip below:
Without question the M2's marquee event, its turbo 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine packs some serious heat. Rated at a robust 365 horsepower and 343 pound-feet of torque, this six-banger is offered with your pick of either a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed automated manual (DCT).
Equally impressive is its ability to serve up the 0-to-60 mph sprint. A DCT-equipped M2, for example, can make the magic happen in a scant 4.1 seconds.
