BMW Group is gaining speed and boosting efforts to grow ReachNow, the luxury brand’s car sharing and mobility services company. In October, it announced the appointment of Simon Broesamle as chief customer officer (CCO) and Leigh McMillan as head of marketing. They were brought on board, BMW said in a press release, to enhance ReachNow’s member experience and accelerated growth.
Broesamle will supervise product management, technology, market expansion and focus on providing a superior member experience through marketing. McMillan will concentrate on building a brand, communications, and membership growth.
"Simon and Leigh bring a wealth of experience in innovative mobility solutions and consumer services along with proven track records scaling consumer businesses. Their experience will add tremendous value to the ReachNow team and our member services,” CEO of ReachNow, said Steve Banfield.
